How to meditate


Choice your mantra anything that you repeat in mind..
mantra means any word you use like love or in India we use "om"
mantra use for concentrate on thought .
find a quiet place
where you not likely to be disturbed.
its make meditation more relaxing
sit in a comfortable posture
sit straight and closed you are eyes
and take few deep breaths...
start your meditation from 5 min then increase slowly
The benefits of meditation are greatest when practiced daily
